They will contact you 5 to 6 working days before the deadline, and more if necessary, so you know exactly what to expect.

For example, our monthly payroll cut-off is the 25th of each month:

• If you approve an item such as a bonus before Sept 25, we will include it on the Sept 1-Sept 30 payroll.
• If you approve an item after Sept 25, we will enroll it on the next paycheck cycle (on the Oct 1- Oct 31 payroll).

Experts in Egyptian labor law advise our team to ensure that our calculations are always up-to-date and respect the latest legislation updates. Then, NAOS Talents ensure compliance, accuracy, and punctuality over your payroll cycle.

Yes, in addition to calculating the payrolls, we can transfer the salaries onto your employees’ bank accounts.

We’ll also submit it to you 3 to 4 days before the last working day of the month to get your green light. And we’ll go ahead and process the payment. We take care of all of this for you. You’ll receive a single invoice at the beginning of each month instead of proceeding to one bank transfer per employee.
