What is your usual recruitment process?

We’re glad you asked! Our recruitment process is straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign a service agreement with us, and designate a single point-of-contact person in your company.
  2. Send us the requirements (job description, selection requirements – nationality, diploma, etc.- salary & benefits) for the position you need to fill. We’ll take care of the rest!
  3. We advertise your job opening across our network and dive into our pool of CVs to find the perfect candidate(s).
  4. Our team of recruiters conducts interviews with each candidate until we’ve narrowed down our choices to two or three people who seem like they would be an excellent fit for your organization.
  5. At this point, we reach out to those people who are still in contention to schedule their second interviews with you—and then we wait for your final decision!
  6. Once you’ve made your selection(s), we send out job offers to all of those that you have chosen as being worthy of employment at your distinguished company. NAOS Talents collect their hiring documents, and you sign the contract.

What happens if I am unhappy with the recruitment you have provided us?

NAOS Talents’ mission is to ensure you’re happy with your placement. We have designed a recruitment process that minimizes the chances of dissatisfaction. (see the FAQ#1 about our recruitment process)

Hence, we know it can happen—we’re dealing with humans, after all. NAOS Talents will ensure a free replacement of the onboarded candidate during the first 90 days of hire if the onboarded candidate is not matching your expectations in terms of ethics, adherence, attendance issues, or performance-related reasons.

How long does the process take from candidate contact through to hire?

Usually, the process goes between 10 and 15 working days from the day we receive the requirements from your side (job description, selection requirements – nationality, diploma, etc.- salary & benefits).

How do you calculate the recruitment fees?

Our fees are equivalent to one monthly total cost of the employee (net salary + social payments). For companies based in Egypt, this amount can be subject to 14% VAT.
