Our company’s journey began in Egypt in 2007. It was then known as NAOS Marketing, a small contact center supporting a marketing consulting firm.

Over the years, the company grew steadily and is now recognized as an expert in Customer Experience with 1,300 contact center agents in Cairo and Barcelona.

We expanded our service offering by adding business lines in which we have accumulated considerable know-how during our previous years of operations.

CEO and founder
She is a recognized and awarded expert whose domains of competence extend from Marketing to Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation.
Nadine backs her international consulting activity on a solid academic background and more than 35 years of field experience in the private and public sectors.
Antoine Gauthier

Antoine Gauthier

General Manager
Since his arrival at NAOS in 2011, he allowed the company to structure and sustain its growth. Expert in managing large-scale contact centers, he has been working within the industry for more than 20 years, with significant experience in France and Madagascar.

CREATION

Customer support provider for a leading telecom company in Egypt and other MENA region accounts.

60 employees.

2013

EXPANSION

Creation of Ateleos, a sister company in Barcelona, for dual shore solutions from Barcelona & Cairo.

700 employees.

2017

GROWTH

Consulting to optimize contact centers operations.

New accounts in the USA.

DIGITAL

Customer Support for several eCommerce platforms in Europe.

Integration of Creative and Digital/Social Media activities.
